Our Venue
Our venue and grounds have been designed to emphasize the charm and romance of our pastoral setting without sacrificing modern comforts or convenience.
Hayfield’s event space includes two picturesque outdoor ceremony sites, 6,000 square feet of indoor reception space and an open loft overlooking the dance floor. The exterior includes a 2,000 square foot terrace, two covered open-air verandas with sliding barn door, a built-in bar, a fire pit, on-site parking, and more.
Behind the scenes, we are fully equipped with ample power for bands, DJs, and audio needs as well as a spacious catering kitchen for easy prep and prompt service. Our ground floor was designed with ADA accessible pathways and indoor restrooms so that every guest feels right at home. Our Main Hall and Hay Loft are climate controlled for year-round use.
Our goal is to provide you with both the scenery and the setup to create the memorable event you envision. With our expert guidance and well-appointed facility, you can confidently plan and experience your Hayfield wedding!
Event Spaces
The Oak Lawn: Exchange vows in the heart of our farmland, on a tree-lined hillside lawn overlooking a tranquil pond. Ideal for intimate weddings or larger parties of up to 300 guests.
The Half Moon Terrace: Tie the knot on our sprawling, two-tiered “front porch” with up to 150 seated guests. Or enjoy the sunset in style during your cocktail hour, relaxing on our comfy lounge furniture (heaters and blankets provided when there’s a chill in the air).
The Main Hall: The centerpiece of Hayfield, a warm, glowing timber framed barn features rustic, oversized chandeliers and polished concrete floors to balance the venue’s rugged charm with modern elegance. Behind sliding barn door are two covered verandas for extended reception space.
The Hay Loft: Our second floor loft provides extra guest seating, conversation space, an additional bar, and a prime view of the dance floor below (perfect for people-watching)!
The Black Angus Bar: Our main floor’s built-in bar features leathered granite countertops and enough room for three bartenders so your guests will spend less time waiting in line.
Other Features: Ample parking, a drop off circle, catering prep space, and a moonlit fire pit. We’ve considered every detail, from the fun to the functional!
The Daisy House
The Daisy House is named after our Great Grandmother Daisy, whom built and lived in it for many years. Daisy always had painted nails and was very proud of her shoe collection. We can't help but to think about how much she would love to see her home now.
The Daisy House includes a hair and makeup room with mounted mirror and a makeup bench; a dressing room with a larger than life mirror; and a living room with comfortable furniture. The house has a full kitchen, supplied with the items you need for your perfect day. It is completed by two bedrooms and a murphy bed, sleeping six comfortably.
It can be rented for the bridal party the night before the wedding or by the couple on their wedding night. It can also be rented to a bridal or farewell brunch.
